It's heating up here in Arizona, and I don't know about you, but the thought of turning on the oven makes me sweat! But fear not, because I've got some delicious meal ideas that are perfect for summer and can be made in an air fryer or on the grill!

Grilled Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers - easy to prep and cook, these skewers are bursting with flavor and pair perfectly with a side salad or grilled veggies.

Air Fryer Tacos - who says you need a traditional oven to make tacos? Load up your air fryer with some seasoned meat and veggies, and you'll have a quick and tasty meal in minutes.

Grilled Pineapple Chicken - marinated chicken with juicy grilled pineapple is a match made in heaven. Serve with a side of rice or quinoa for a complete meal.

Air Fryer Fish Tacos - another taco recipe, but this time with a healthy twist! Seasoned and air-fried fish fillets served in a warm tortilla with fresh toppings like avocado and cilantro.

Lawd, these kids are out of school 🏫 and I'm not ready. it's only been a week and @reesealvarado is already saying shes bored. If you're anyhting like me, your kids might be out of school but your work grind continues. If you are on the struggle bus with keeping the mom-work balance, here are a few ideas:

1. Let them sleep 💤 - Remember that saying never wake a sleeping baby? Well, same applies to teens. During the summer, NEVER wake a sleeping teen. If Reese wants to sleep until noon I'm not going to fight her lol. The later she sleeps the more I can get done.

2. Delegate and conquer! Summertime ☀️ doesn't mean they can't lend a hand. From dishwashing to laundry 🧺 folding and even vacuuming, Reese still earns her screen time. Teamwork 🤝🏾 makes the dream work and its the fastest way to get your phone 📱 lol.

3. Lunchtime bonding! Even with busy schedules, I make it a point to have a sit-down lunch with Reese, somtimes Ill make an eppic sandwich spread soemtimes we hit up a early happy hour. It's a chance to catch up, share some laughs, and show her I'm here for her even during the day plus, it give me an excuse to disconnect.

4. So That What You Do All Day! Now is the perfect opportunity to give your kids a glimpse into your world. I usually set aside 1-2 hours a day where I have Reese help me with work tasks. Things like writeing IG captions, editing TikTok videos, responding to emails and even helping me shoot content.

Finding the perfect balance between work and mom life isn't always easy, but like anything else, I make it work. How are you keeping your kids from dirivng you crazy this summer?

Who's with me on this? 🙋‍♀️ Food is life, and I never travel without my snack stash. From tangy peach rings to savory seaweed, dried mango slices to crunchy nuts, and my legendary 'happy gummies' (you know what I mean 😉), I've got a full-on feast on the go!
