This morning, I transformed a salt-free @quaker rice cake into a heavenly breakfast treat.

Here’s the recipe for my 🍓Strawberry Chocolate Delight:

Ingredients:
- 1 #quaker salt-free rice cake
- Extra crunchy @skippybrand peanut butter
- Fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon melted chocolate
- A sprinkle of sea salt

Instructions:
1. Take a salt-free rice cake and spread a generous amount of extra crunchy #skippypeanutbutter on top.

2. Arrange fresh sliced strawberries over the peanut butter layer, creating a vibrant fruity base.

3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the strawberries, adding a touch of indulgence to your creation.

4. Finish it off with a dab of sea salt for a perfect balance of flavors.

Got the sweetest compliment today! 😊 I was just minding my own business, working away at Starbucks, when I noticed this lady watching me. Every time our eyes met, she had the most radiant smile. After about an hour, she approached me and said, “You know, you exude happiness. I could feel your positive energy the moment you walked in.” It’s amazing how often I’ve been hearing that lately, and it’s all thanks to a major mindset shift I’ve been working on.

I used to be the type of person who felt compelled to respond to everything and react to every little thing. But about a month ago, I decided to change that. Now, I fiercely protect my energy and it’s made a world of difference. Not only has my overall mental health improved, but I’ve noticed a remarkable change in how people respond to me. I attract positive individuals who have a great outlook on life and are truly living it to the fullest.

Of course, my life isn’t perfect, and there are days when I struggle. But those days are becoming fewer and farther between. I’ve become much better at looking at so-called “negative” situations and asking myself, “What can I learn from this?” It’s incredible how powerful our thoughts are and how they shape our experiences. It all begins with what we allow ourselves to think and say, and where we choose to direct our energy. ✨💭💪
