Got the sweetest compliment today! 😊 I was just minding my own business, working away at Starbucks, when I noticed this lady watching me. Every time our eyes met, she had the most radiant smile. After about an hour, she approached me and said, “You know, you exude happiness. I could feel your positive energy the moment you walked in.” It’s amazing how often I’ve been hearing that lately, and it’s all thanks to a major mindset shift I’ve been working on.

I used to be the type of person who felt compelled to respond to everything and react to every little thing. But about a month ago, I decided to change that. Now, I fiercely protect my energy and it’s made a world of difference. Not only has my overall mental health improved, but I’ve noticed a remarkable change in how people respond to me. I attract positive individuals who have a great outlook on life and are truly living it to the fullest.

Of course, my life isn’t perfect, and there are days when I struggle. But those days are becoming fewer and farther between. I’ve become much better at looking at so-called “negative” situations and asking myself, “What can I learn from this?” It’s incredible how powerful our thoughts are and how they shape our experiences. It all begins with what we allow ourselves to think and say, and where we choose to direct our energy. ✨💭💪

Sometimes the best travel memories turn out to be epic fails 🤦🏾‍♀️! So pull up a chair for this story. Did I ever tell you about the time Reese and I went to @Harrods in London?

@ReeseAlvarado and I headed to #harrodscafe for lunch because hello, bucket list!. I got a whole lobster and Reese got the lobster mac and cheese 🦞🧀 , baby we was eating good! 😂

But here's the kicker – we underestimated the US to Euros currency exchange, and our lunch bill turned into a whopping $250 surprise at the Harrods Café! 😂🙈 Whoopsie! To make matters worse, they do NOT do to-go containers lol 🥴.

We were stuffed after a few bites because will filled up on bread and everything was super rich but I'll be dammed if I was going to leave $250 worth of lobster on that table.

So, Reese and I devised a plan to ask for as many napkins as we could. 20 minutes later we packed up half a lobster and a full bowl of lobster mac wrapped in napkins, stuffed it in my $300 Coach purse, and were on our way LOL!

It's these unexpected moments that become treasured memories. The laughter, the bonding, and even the occasional travel blunders remind us that life is an adventure, meant to be savored and shared with our loved ones. ❤️🌍
