Four Super Easy Sparkling Ice Cocktails You’re Sure To Love

It’s that wonderful time of year. Time for cooler weather, holiday parties and of course ugly holiday sweaters…Don’t you just love it? last week a few friends and I decided to ring in the holiday season with a fun festive get together where we combined our favorite cocktail with our ugliest Holiday sweater. My partying days have long since passed so my cocktail skills are not anywhere near as good as they used to be. This year I decided to keep things simple by pairing one of my favorite Sparking Ice flavors with fresh fruit and a few of my favorite spirts to make sparkling ice cocktails.

I’m all for easy when it comes to party planning (okay let’s be honest, I’m lazy) so instead of heading out to the grocery store, I headed over to Amazon.com and picked up a few cases of Sparkling Ice and had them shipped directly to my front door. I went basic with the fruit and alcohol and used what I already had at home to create these easy cocktails #winning. I also kept it easy by only using two types of alcohol, Coconut Rum, and Lemon Vodka. These sparkling ice cocktails get their flavor from the punch delivered in the Sparking Ice so you honestly don’t need much to make these awesome. Here’s how to make them:

Kiwi Lime & Coconut Sparkling Ice Cocktails

  • 3 oz Coconut Rum (I used Malibu)
  • 3 oz of Kiwi Lime Sparkling Ice
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a Coconut Rum Soaked Strawberry

If you’re looking for more fruit flavor, you can add strawberry puree to the bottom of each glass. This will also give it a little pop of color.

Cherry Lime & Coconut Sparkling Ice Cocktails

  • 3 oz Coconut Rum (I used Malibu)
  • 3 oz of Cherry Lime Sparkling Ice
  • Splash of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a slice of lime

Add a little sweetness to this drink by sprucing up the rim. Add lime juice to the top of the rim then roll your glass in sugar. This will give you a sweet and sour kick to each sip.

Orange Mango Coconut Sparkling Ice Cocktails

  • 3 oz Coconut Rum (I used Malibu)
  • 3 oz of Orange Mango Sparkling Ice
  • Splash of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a rum-soaked orange slice

Upgrade this drink with a splash of color by using a blood orange for garnish when they are in season or you can even do an orange sugar rim.

Spiked Lemonade Sparkling Ice Cocktails

  • 3 oz lemon vodka (I used Grey Goose Le Citron)
  • 3 oz of Cherry Lime Sparkling Ice
  • Splash of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish with a slice of lime

There is so much you can do to change up this drink. Try adding frozen blueberries and run it into a Strawberry Blueberry Lemonade. This is one drink you can’t go wrong with since almost any fruit pairs well with lemonade.

I recently tried the Ice drinks and LOVED them, but I haven’t made them into cocktails yet. What a great idea!

These cocktails looks so refreshing! I might add these for our Thanksgiving beverage my grown up/adult guests. This is the first time I heard about Sparkling ice. I am adding this to my grocery list!
